CHILDREN WITHOUT BORDERS

An alternative way for thinking external assistance to education.

The report “Children without Borders: An alternative way for thinking external assistance to education” was led through UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (UNESCO-IIEP) research programme. The present version of the report is a draft that was shared in December 2016 during a seminar in order to incite discussions and to debate on the issues raised by its findings. An enhanced and final version of the study will be published in the first semester of 2017.
